Refund policy

You may return an order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can submit a cancellation request through the contact page, and we'll issue a full refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you have already received the item or it's already on its way, fill out this return form and place it in the return package along with the items you would like to return or send it through e-mail to contact@reflections-copenhagen.com.

The goods have to be returned in undamaged Reflections Copenhagen packaging, in the same condition as they were originally delivered, and must be returned together with this return note (unless note is sent electronically). Goods without this return note will not be valid for a refund. When we have examined and accepted the returned goods, we will refund you your purchase amount.

We only issue refunds to the credit card used for the purchase, in order to avoid illegal use of stolen cards.

Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment.

Costs associated with returns are covered by the customer.
